DeKalb and Wayne broke a pair of double-figure losing streaks with wins Friday.
The Barons broke a 22-game losing drought, dating to Oct. 16, 2009, with a 26-13 win over Garrett.
DeKalb's last win was a 26-14 decision over Carroll.
Wayne, which hadn't won since Oct. 8, 2010, broke a 13-game losing skid by beating South Bend Riley 28-7.
It was the first win for DeKalb coach Mike Cochran in his second stint with the Barons and the first career win for Wayne coach Robert Brown.
With DeKalb's win, Central Noble now has the longest area losing streak at 17.
