James Lawson, 21, of the 6100 block of Blue Spruce Court, was booked at 3:18 p.m. Aug. 14 on charges criminal recklessness, pointing a firearm and two counts of stalking. He was being held in lieu of $22,500 bail.

Consuela Martin, 29, of the 3700 block of Central Drive, was booked at 8:08 p.m. Aug. 14 on a theft charge. She was released on her own recognizance.

Michael Nickerson, 38, of the 7500 bock of Saddleback Court, was booked at 10:51 a.m. Aug. 15 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Michael Holloway, 24, of the 1900 block of Mary Street, was booked at 10:57 a.m. Aug. 15 on a charge of receiving stolen property. He was released on his own recognizance.

Derrick Brown, 33, of the 3000 block of Warsaw Street, was booked at 11:04 a.m. Aug. 15 on a charge of criminal confinement and two counts of marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Thomas Mendez, 34, of the 200 block of Limberlost Trail, was booked at 12:44 p.m. Aug. 15 on a charge of receiving stolen property, three counts of forgery and three counts of fraud. He was being held in lieu of $37,500 bail.

Gregory Staten, 25, of the 6500 block of Alvarez Drive, was booked at 2:40 p.m. Aug. 15 on charges of forgery, receiving stolen property and failing to stop after an accident. He was being held in lieu of $13,250 bail.

Keith Barrand, 22, of the 1300 block of Camp Allen Drive, was booked at 2:40 p.m. Aug. 15 on charges of dealing cocaine, dealing a look-alike substance, possessing cocaine, failing to stop after an accident and two counts of possessing marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $74,000 bail.

Reyis Johannsen, 25, of the 400 block of Glenn Avenue, was booked at 3:03 p.m. Aug. 15 on charges of invasion of privacy, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license. He was being held without bail.

Angel Hicks, 23, of the 600 block of Anderson Avenue, was booked at 3:20 p.m. Aug. 15 on charges of robbery, criminal confinement and auto theft. She was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Jody Muff, 19, of the 2800 block of Queen Street, was booked at 3:58 p.m. Aug. 15 on a theft charge. She was released on her own recognizance.

Jared Sommes, 30, of the 300 block of West Wildwood Avenue, was booked at 5:45 p.m. Aug. 15 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Rosalie Eversole, 58, of the 8900 block of Woodstream Drive, was booked at 6:45 p.m. Aug. 15 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.

Wendall Cornett, 35, of the 6500 block of Parrott Road, was booked at 11:30 p.m. Aug. 15 on a charge of driving with a suspended license and two counts of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Thadius Hill, 42, of the 7200 block of Treverton Drive, was booked at 12:08 p.m. Aug. 16 on a charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Benjamin Kamp, 28, of Leo-Cedarville, was booked at 12:31 p.m. Aug. 16 on a charge of failing to stop after an accident and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Catrina Silas, 39, of the 100 block of Gerke Avenue, was booked at 12:56 p.m. Aug. 16 on a prostitution charge. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Trent Coon, 50, of the 6500 block of Cornwallis Drive, was charged Aug. 16 with driving with a suspended license and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $7.500 bail.

Joshua Holt, 32, of Angola, was charged Aug. 16 with cocaine possession. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Emily Borton, 22, of Belleville, Mich., was charged Aug. 16 with forgery and attempted check fraud. She was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Marvin Oliva, 34, of the 3800 block of South Anthony Boulevard, was charged Aug. 16 with cocaine possession, driving with a suspended license and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Darreise McCarter, 23, was charged Aug. 16 with carrying a handgun without a license and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Reginald Baker, 42, was charged Aug. 16 with domestic battery and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Sharon Pomfred, 23, of the 3400 block of Jonquil Drive, was charged Aug. 16 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

David Witte, 53, of the 5100 block of Ridgelane Drive, was charged Aug. 16 with operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was being held without bond.

Jeremy Bolenbaugh, 32, of the 3000 block of Upper St. Joe Center Road, was charged Aug. 16 with operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of resisting law enforcement. He was released on his own recognizance.

Russell Cowherd, 32, of the 4800 block of Spatz Avenue, was charged Aug. 16 with marijuana possession, possession of a firearm by a serious felon and possession of a controlled substance. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Randolph Robinson, 19, of the 6200 block of Derbyshire Drive, was charged Aug. 16 with carrying a handgun without a license and marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

Adolfo Rivera, 29, of the 7500 block of Decatur Road, was charged Aug. 16 with cocaine possession and marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Marcella Camacho, 33, of the 2800 block of Hoagland Avenue, was booked at 2:52 p.m. Aug. 16 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Dominique Gaston, 25, of Irving, Texas, was booked at 3:05 p.m. Aug. 16 on a charge of resisting law enforcement. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Emily Bedwell, 29, of the 1900 block of Third Street, was booked at 12:06 p.m. Aug. 17 on a charge of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance.

Jarmal Datcher, 25, of the 8300 block of Bridgeway Lane, was charged Aug. 17 with robbery, criminal confinement, burglary and auto theft. He was being held in lieu of $32,500 bail.

Demetrik Porter, 23, was booked at 11:33 a.m. Monday on two counts of dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Jodie McDonald, 47, of the 4600 block of South Arlington Way, was booked at 1:01 p.m. Monday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance.

Kevanna Biggs, 21, of the 6000 block of Moeller Road, was charged Monday with theft and marijuana possession. She was being held in lieu of $3,260 bail.

Quinton Tatum, 23, of the 2600 block of Marcy Lane, was booked at 6:56 p.m. Monday on charges of marijuana possession and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Lakenya Billingsley, 27, of the 6900 block of Hugenard Road, was booked at 8:14 p.m. Monday on a theft charge. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Walter Moore, 46, of Bluffton, was booked at 8:40 p.m. Monday on charges of criminal conversion, resisting law enforcement and reckless driving. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Melanie McKinley, 33, of the 300 block of Third Street, was booked at 10:20 p.m. Monday on two counts of neglect of a dependent. She was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.
