Walorski in GOP convention lineup

Congressional candidate Jackie Walorski is so far the only Hoosier with a speaking role at this week's Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla.

Walorski will speak to delegates for two minutes at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, according to an updated convention schedule.

The former state lawmaker from Jimtown in Elkhart County is the GOP candidate in Indiana's 2nd District. She is running against Democrat Brendan Mullen of Granger for the seat held by Rep. Joe Donnelly, a candidate for a U.S. Senate seat.
