Grains futures fall, livestock prices mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures fell Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 7.25 cents to $8.8125 a bushel; December corn fell 7.75 cents to $8.0075 a bushel; December oats fell 4.50 cents to $3.87 a bushel; while November soybeans dropped 12.75 cents to $17.1875 a bushel.

Beef futures fell, while pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 0.98 cent to $1.2347 a pound; October feeder cattle fell 0.50 cent to $1.4392 a pound; while October lean hogs rose 0.88 cent to 73.25 cents a pound.
