FAIRFIELD, Ohio (AP) — Police say they are investigating the death of a 19-year-old man found in the same area of southern Ohio where another teen was stabbed to death earlier this year.

The Hamilton JournalNews reports that the body of Joseph William Oakley of Hamilton was found Thursday morning in near a creek. It's the same place where 15-year-old Chelsea Johnson of Fairfield was found fatally stabbed in April.

Fairfield Police Chief Michael Dickey said Oakley had a head laceration, but his death hasn't been confirmed as a homicide. An autopsy was expected Friday.

A construction worker at a nearby apartment complex found Oakley's body sitting up, leaning against a tree.
