IPFW hosts election religion talk

A lecture and panel discussing the topic of religion and the 2012 presidential race will be held today at 6 p.m. in the Walb Student Union, G21/21A, on the IPFW campus.

The free event is sponsored by the Notre Dame Club of Fort Wayne and the IPFW Department of Political Science, in conjunction with the Alumni Association of the University of Notre Dame.

Panelists include: David Campbell, a professor of political science at the University of Notre Dame and the founding director of the Rooney Center for the Study of American Democracy; Elliot Bartky, an associate professor in the department of political science at IPFW since 1988; and Michael Wolf, an associate professor at IPFW who teaches on and researches public opinion, voting and American politics.
