Getaway bank robbery vehicle recovered, police say

The getaway vehicle used in Wednesday's bank robbery at First Federal Savings Bank on South Bend Drive has been recovered, Fort Wayne police said today.

The vehicle was located in the 4800 block of South Hanna Street and is being processed for potential evidence, city police said in a statement.

Police asked anyone with information about the robbery to contact police or Crime Stoppers; there is a cash reward possible for information received via Crime Stoppers.
