FORT WAYNE – Construction crews are putting the finishing touches on a more than $1.5 million project at Summit City Nursing and Rehabilitation, 2940 N. Clinton St. in Fort Wayne.
Acquired by Indianapolis-based American Senior Communities last March, the two-story facility has undergone a "complete overhaul." The changes include new flooring, walls and other improvements to the facility's various wings. Besides rehabilitation, the nursing complex features services for Alzheimer's and dementia patients, long-term, hospice and respite care.
