The final defendant in a three-year-old federal drug case has been arrested.

Earlier this week, Derrick Cleo Tennant, 35, was arrested on a federal criminal complaint from May 2009. The Fort Wayne man has been wanted by the FBI in connection with the Safe Streets Task Force investigation into Andre Hutchins and 14 others.

All other members of the drug trafficking conspiracy have been convicted and sentenced.

Tennant appeared in U.S. District Court on Wednesday. He is charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
