Henley in Connecticut's camp

Defenseman Brent Henley will attend training camp with the American Hockey League's Connecticut Whale, the team confirmed.

Henley is one of seven Fort Wayne players who will begin the season with tryouts at higher levels. Chris Auger, Jean-Michel Rizk and Brandon Marino will be with Norfolk, Charlie Effinger will be with Grand Rapids, Daniel Maggio will be with Chicago and Kenny Reiter will be with Bridgeport.

All of those players are contracted to play with Fort Wayne if they don't make the AHL clubs, except Reiter, who is on a two-way AHL/ECHL contract and is expected to be assigned to Fort Wayne.
