Barrymore welcomes daughter


Drew Barrymore is a mom.

The 37-year-old actress and her husband, Will Kopelman, welcomed a baby girl named Olive Barrymore Kopelman on Wednesday.

Barrymore wed Kopelman, an art consultant, in June.

Seeking treatment

George Michael is canceling Australian shows so he can get treatment for anxiety he’s suffered since a health scare last year.

He still has concerts scheduled this month in the United Kingdom. They are makeup dates for shows he canceled after being hospitalized for pneumonia in Vienna in November.

Aldean apologizes

Country star Jason Aldean has apologized to fans after pictures of him acting “inappropriately” last week popped up.

Aldean tweeted Sunday after photos appeared showing him and former “American Idol” contestant Brittany Kerr together at a bar. In one photo, they appear to kiss.

Aldean says “the truth is I screwed up,” had too much to drink and acted inappropriately at the bar. Aldean is married with two children.

Bassist weds

Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill and model Martha Patterson have tied the knot.

The couple married Saturday during a ceremony at Front Porch Farms near Nashville.
