A 24-year-old Warsaw man sought in connection with the Saturday night DWI crash that killed a horse has been arrested, Warsaw police said today.
Francisco J. Gonzalez was taken into custody without incident at Shamrock Mobile Home Park, police said in a statement.

Police said a car struck a buggy on Shelden Street, north of the Super Wal-Mart, shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday. Five teenage boys in the buggy told police they saw a white car pass them, make a U-turn and return in their lane, striking the horse and buggy head-on.
