Grains futures mostly fall, livestock prices rise

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures mostly fell Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 12.75 cents to $8.7150 a bushel; December corn added 1.50 cent to $7.5825 a bushel; December oats fell 6.25 cents to $3.6025 a bushel; while November soybeans dropped 30.75 cents to $15.2950 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle rose 0.25 cent to $1.2637 a pound; November feeder cattle rose 0.88 cent to $1.4650 a pound; while October lean hogs rose 1.58 cent to 79.15 cents a pound.
