FORT WAYNE – A robber demanded Methadone and Fentanyl in an early morning robbery Thursday of a northeast-side pharmacy.

A man walked into the Walgreens store at 6201 Stellhorn Road about 1 a.m., passing a note at the pharmacy counter demanding the drugs, the Fort Wayne Police Department said .

Police said he made a threat but no injuries were reported.

He was described as being in his 20s, 6-feet tall, 150 to 160 pounds, with brown hair. Police said he was last seen wearing a black Carhartt jacket, with a light blue hooded sweatshirt underneath, and blue jeans.
