  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play
If one is good and two is better, what does that make three? I'd be inclined to say crazy but others might call it a challenge.

Shooter's Comments:

When I heard they were going to have a fog machine to simulate smoke, I was hoping for an angle with the kids in fog. But they never got close enough to make it work. The next best thing was a shot of an assistant fire chief watching the lack of action. Paired with a shot of students in the hallway, it tells the short story of an elementary fire drill. The poster with flames was a nice addition.
