  • A goalie guess; look at lines
Roman Will would seem to be the most likely fit to wind up in the ECHL as a goalie, but he's spent the last two seasons in the Czech Republic after an impressive junior career in Moncton. If I had to guess, it would be him.
  • K's sign 2 forwards
The Komets finalized the signing of forward Thomas Frazee, who had 24 goals and 47 points in 60 games last season for Quad City of the CHL, and also announced that they have added forward Brett Beebe to the roster.
  • Looks almost official
Center Thomas Frazee posted on his twitter account he will play for the Komets this season.

Graham getting started

Things are ramping up for former Komets assistant coach Gary Graham, a Fort Wayne native, who is now the head coach of Pensacola in the Southern Professional Hockey League.

He had a free-agent camp preceding training camp, and he talks about the NHL lockout in this story: Click here.

Looks like Graham is following the Komets' method of signing former Neumann College players: Click here.

By the way, I've been trying to figure out who is in camp with the Federal League's Dayton Demonz -- Wait, they named the team Demonz? Ugh. -- and this is what I came up with: Click here.

Theoretically, the Komets could send players to Dayton, or call some up from there.
