    Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).

Komets are a blur of color in a slow-shutter speed photo during practice at the Coliseum. This was hand-held at an 1/8th of a second with the camera braced on my knees while sitting in the stands. Next time, I'll take a tripod.
