Four-star recruit orally commits to IU

For the second time in a week, a four-star recruit made an oral commitment to Indiana.

Rashard Fant, from Our Lady of Mercy in Fairburn, Ga., orally committed to IU, according to multiple reports. The 5-foot-10, 165-pound Fant was primarily recruited as a cornerback, according to reports.

He is the 12th member ofIndiana’s Class of 2013 and the third four-star recruit. Four-star recruit David Kenney, a defensive end from Indianapolis Pike, orally committed to IU on Sunday. Ben Davis safety Antonio Allen made an oral commitment in August.
