Thousands to attend All-Schools Mass

More than 6,000 students, and the teachers, staff and parents will gather Tuesday at Memorial Coliseum for the annual Catholic elementary school All-Schools Mass.

The Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m.

Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend will preside, with 25 to 30 local and area priests serving as concelebrants, the diocese said Monday in a statement.

Students will also take part in a variety of roles, and many fourth-graders will dress as their favorite saint. Thursday is All Saints Day.
