A Fort Wayne woman is accused of making purchases with credit cards meant for the needs of mentally impaired people served by Arc of Northeast Indiana.
Christine Hunt, 29, was charged Monday with seven felony counts of fraud and one felony count of attempted fraud.
On Aug. 19 and 20, Hunt used three credit cards at a gas station and at a Wal-Mart, making seven purchases for a total of $255, according to court documents.
She received the cards from her boyfriend, an Arc employee who had the cards to shop for three people served by the organization, court documents stated.
Hunt, of the 500 block of Springbrook Road, has not yet been arrested. Her boyfriend has not been charged.
