Faith is a 3-year-old spayed orange torti domestic short hair cat.

“Hello my name is Faith! I was brought to the Allen County SPCA due to allergies in my previous family.

“As you can imagine I am scared and shy here at the shelter. It does take me awhile to warm up to new people. I am very shy but once I know you I am affectionate although I do not like to be picked up very much.

“The staff feels I would do well in a home with no small children who live there or visit frequently. My ideal home would be a nice quiet one where I don’t have to feel scared all the time.

“If you have the patience and have room in your heart for a shy girl like me please ask to see me today!”

She is available for adoption at the Allen County SPCA, 4914 Hanna St.

The shelter is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
