In this Nov. 4 photo, fans sit behind a banner bearing the message "#ChuckStrong," which is in support of Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano's battle with leukemia.

And now, a pause for goosebumps

OK, so I know I'm a couple of days late with this. Likely you've already seen it, probably more than once. But it's worth putting it out there again.

Here is Chuck Pagano's postgame speech to his Indianapolis Colts after they beat Miami Sunday to go to 5-3 on the season. It is everything sports is supposed to be -- a vehicle, albeit an artificial one, to lift you up, to inspire you, to put you in a place you all too rarely see.

And if you don't feel your throat getting a little tight at the part where Pagano says his vision is to dance at two more of his daughters' weddings and hoist the Lombardi Trophy "several times," then, I'm sorry. You have no soul.
