The Fort Wayne Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man suspected of theft and fraud.About 12:30 p.m.Early Monday afternoon, Indiana State Police were investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash that happened in the morning in southeast DeKalb County.
As of 12:10 p.m. County Road 51 was closed between County Roads 56 and 60, according to a statement issued by state police at Fort Wayne.
