The northbound right lane of Interstate 469 is restricted between Exit 9, Winchester Road, and Exit 11, U.S. 27/U.S. 33, for ongoing maintenance work, Indiana Department of Transportation officials said.

The restriction is expected to remain in effect until Friday evening. Although the lane will be restricted for about two miles, INDOT will be working on small sections within that area during the construction period.

Similar maintenance work will continue on I-469 through upcoming weeks, and INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through a construction zone. You can find traffic restriction information at www.trafficwise.in.gov.
