  • Rahrig on Rimington watch list
    Hoosiers center Collin Rahrig was placed on the watch list for the Rimington Trophy, given annually to the nation's top player at that position.

    Illinois State team captain Nick Zeisloft will transfer to Indiana to complete his final two years of college eligibility, the Hoosiers announced Monday.
  • Wynn on Paul Hornung Award watch list
    Hoosiers wide receiver Shane Wynn was one of 47 players named Monday to the Paul Hornung Award watch list.

IU still No. 1 in AP poll

Indiana remains No. 1 in The Associated Press men's basketball poll. The Hoosiers received 46 first-place votes and had 1,602 points.

Louisville is second. The Cardinals received 19 first-place votes and had 1,579 points.

Ohio State, Michigan and Duke round out the top five. Kentucky, last week's No. 3, fell to No. 8 after losing to the Blue Devils last week.

There were four Big Ten teams in the rankings. Indiana, Michigan and Ohio State were joined by No. 15 Michigan State.
