Ohio man killed in all-terrain vehicle crash

ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio (AP) — The highway patrol says a 24-year-old eastern Ohio man has died after the all-terrain vehicle he was riding collided with a deer.

WTOV-TV reports that Justin Pytlak of St. Clairsville died Sunday from head trauma following the crash the previous day.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said Pytlak and a 19-year-old passenger were ejected from the vehicle when the collision with the deer occurred on State Route 118. They were not wearing helmets or seat belts.

His passenger was treated at a hospital and released.

The patrol said Pytlak was illegally riding the all-terrain vehicle on a public road when the accident happened.
