AUDITION: Arena Dinner Theatre will have open auditions for its upcoming production of “Almost Maine” at 7 p.m. Sunday and Monday at the Berry Street entrance of the theater at 719 Rockhill St. For information, go to

AWARDED: Sarah Doty, a student attending Grace College, has been named a 2012 recipient of the “Realizing the Dream” award. The scholarship is given each year by the Independent Colleges of Indiana through the Lilly Endowment.

OLIVERO SELECTED: Fort Wayne native and Ball State University student Tara Olivero was selected to participate in the 2012 U.K. Fulbright Summer Institute program at the American Institute for Foreign Study program at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London.
