For starters

No. 1 Indiana returns to Assembly Hall to face Ball State.

The Hoosiers are coming off an overtime victory against Georgetown in the championship of the Legends Classic.

Jordan Hulls earned MVP honors in the event. Kevin "Yogi" Ferrell had 14 points against the Hoyas, including seven in overtime.

Ball State is 2-1. The Cardinals are coming off a 68-44 loss to Indiana State on Tuesday. Ball State has wins against Grambling State and Wofford.

Forward Majok Majok leads the Cardinals, averaging 14.3 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. Guards Jesse Berry and Jauwan Scaife are averaging 12 and 11.3 points, respectively.

"I think it is a big positive whether it is during the exhibition season or in the regular season," IU coach Tom Crean said of playing an in-state opponent. "A lot of the players have grown up playing against one another and you have a lot of fans with ties and loyalties to both schools."
