Indiana leads at halftime

No. 1 Indiana leads Coppin State 33-19 at halftime Saturday at Assembly Hall.

Indiana started slowly, missing its first nine shots. But IU eventually took control. The Hoosiers closed the half on a 14-3 run.

Christian Watford leads IU with eight points. Will Sheehey has seven points. Victor Oladipo has six points.

IU is shooting 38 percent from the floor (10 of 26). Coppin State is shooting 30 percent (8 of 27).
