John Caffray represented the landlord, F&J Enterprises Inc., in the 3,116-square-foot industrial space lease at 3819 Superior Ridge Drive. Hays & Sons Construction Inc. is the tenant.

Russ Jehl represented the landlord, 6633 East State LLC, in the 1,700-square-foot office space lease at 6633 E. State Blvd.

Paul Refakis and Tyler Binkley represented the landlord, Canopy Corners, in the 3,000-square-foot retail space lease in Canopy Corners, 2440 Getz Road. Carl Diehm represented the tenant, The Hair Department.

Caffray represented the tenant, XPO Logistics LLC, in the 2,968-square-foot office space lease at 3217-A Stellhorn Road.

Stanley Phillips represented both the landlord, A-1 Ink Refill, and the tenant, Pine Valley Associates, in the lease for space in Pine Valley Shopping Center, 10212 Coldwater Road.
