Section of Western Avenue to close in Bluffton

Western Avenue in Bluffton will be closed between Decker Drive and Adams Street for emergency repairs and replacement of a small bridge, the mayor’s office announced Thursday.

Traffic will be detoured onto Wiley, Bond , Wabash and Lancaster streets, the announcement said.

Adams Street will be unaffected by the closure.

The repairs are expected to be completed within 60 days, the mayor’s office said.
