The Foellinger Foundation Board of Directors recently awarded grants totaling $2.17 million to 16 nonprofit organizations that provide services throughout Allen County.

Lutheran Social Services: $705,000 for four-year operating support, one-year limited capital improvement and replacement support and one-year project support for organizational effectiveness work.

CANI: $385,000 for three-year operating support, one-year limited capital improvement and replacement support and one-year project support for organizational effectiveness work.

Cornerstone Youth Center: $325,000 for three-year operating support, one-year limited capital improvement and replacement support and one-year project support for organizational effectiveness work.

Associated Churches of Fort Wayne-Allen County: $160,000 for an 18-month support for Phase II of an early-childhood development project.

Community Harvest Food Bank: $100,000 for two-year operating support.

Easter Seals Arc: $100,000 for one-year program support for A Meaningful Day.

Fort Wayne Medical Society: $90,000 for two-year program support for Healthier Moms and Babies.

Vincent Village: $64,000 for two-year operating support.

SCAN: $60,000 for two-year program support for family services.

AIDS Task Force: $50,000 for two-year operating support.

Interfaith Hospitality Network: $35,000 for one-year operating support.

Hope House: $25,000 for one-year operating support.

Crime Victim Care: $24,000 for two-year operating support.

Homebound Meals: $20,000 for two-year operating support.

Mustard Seed Furniture Bank: $20,000 for two-year operating support.

The Franciscan Center: $10,000 for one-year operating support.
