Conner needs a home

Conner is a medium-sized 1-year-old neutered male brown and black –

Pug/Beagle mix.

"I was transferred from Animal Care & Control to the Allen County SPCA. I am a spunky guy who will need a lot of patience and attention!

"I am fun and playful! I will need help with my housebreaking so please be patient with me and give me an adjustment period when I come home with you. The staff recommends you crate train me to help me with housebreaking and learning the ropes of my new home.

"I do not require a fence or trolley to come home with you but I will need daily walks for exercise to keep me happy. I would love to attend obedience classes with you where I can work on my manners and even learn some cool new tricks!

"The staff feels I would do well with children as long as they treat me nicely pending an interaction. I get along well with other dogs and don't seem to mind kitties either. If I sound like a nice fit for your home please ask to play with me today!"

Conner is available for adoption at the Allen County SPCA, 4914 Hanna St. The shelter is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
