Two adults and one juvenile were arrested early Thursday after breaking into more than 15 cars overnight in North Webster, police said.
An off-duty North Webster police officer saw the three breaking into a vehicle at 3:37 a.m. on the south side of Webster Lake, the Kosciusko County Sheriffs Department said.
Police arrested Michael Alan Rockey, 18, of Cromwell and Ryan D. Silliman, 19, of North Webster on felony theft charges. Both men were each being held in lieu of $2,000 bail. A 14-year-old boy was also arrested and taken to Pierceton Woods Juvenile Center.
