Sinclair, McGhee lead IU past Xavier

Aulani Sinclair and Jasmine McGhee each scored 27 points to lead the Indiana women's basketball team to a 66-55 victory over Xavier on Friday at Assembly Hall.

The Hoosiers outscored the Musketeers 22-12 in the final 8:23 on the way to improving to 8-4. It's the first time IU has won eight non-conference regular season games since 2006-07.

Sasha Chaplin added eight points and six rebounds. Milika Taufa grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds and had three steals.
