Regal Beloit Corp. has completed its previously announced public offering of common stock at a price of $67 a share to the public. The underwriters in the offering have exercised their option to purchase additional shares to cover overallotments, resulting in a total sale to the public of 3,162,500 shares of common stock.

Kingston Care Center has received its second consecutive annual deficiency-free survey from the Indiana State Department of Health. Kingston is a short-term rehabilitation and continuing care community at 1010 W. Washington Center Road.

American Renovations of Indiana Inc. announced new ownership. The company’s vice president, Colin Daseler, has bought the company from owner Robert Dietrich. The company will remain at the 4405 Engle Road location in Fort Wayne. It will operate under the name American Renovations of Indiana by Daseler Builders Inc.

Strebig Construction Inc. was awarded the Trine Welcome Center for boat rentals at Trine State Recreation area.

Dirig Sheet Metal was awarded the heating, ventilation and air conditioning ductwork for the VA Medical Center; installing ground source heat pumps for multiple buildings in Marion.

Auto Credit USA is opening its second location at 502 S. Main St. in Columbia City. Auto Credit USA is a special finance auto dealer and has been operating in the Fort Wayne area more than 20 years.

Ace Recycling Inc., an electronics recycling (e-waste) company, has received the R2 Responsible Recycling Certification. The company says it is now the only R2 certified facility in northern Indiana.
