Slippery conditions possible today

One to 2 inches of snow is possible this afternoon and evening in parts of northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, which may lead to slippery travel conditions on untreated roads, the National Weather Service said.

Visibilities down to half a mile are possible in some locations, the weather service said in its special weather statement.

The statement was for the Indiana counties of Allen, Adams, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, Noble, Wabash, Wells and Whitley, and the Ohio counties of Defiance, Paulding and Van Wert.
