Clarice is a five-year-old spayed female tan and black – Beagle mix.
Hello, my name is Clarice. I was found as a stray and brought to the Allen County SPCA.
I am such a sweet girl with an adorable face! I do not require a home with a fence or trolley, but will need daily walks for exercise to keep me happy and get me down to a healthier weight.
I am a pretty smart girl who already knows how to sit, but I am sure I could learn more if you spent some time teaching me new tricks!
I enjoy hanging out with other dogs and just ignored the kitty during my assessment. So I probably would like them, too.
I have some skin tags on my belly that may need to come off in the future. I also tested a low antigen positive for heartworms. I will be sent home with treatment but it is required that I
be retested in six months to see how I am progressing.
If I sound like the perfect girl for your household, please call the shelter before visiting because I sometimes stay at a foster home.
Clarice is available for adoption at the Allen County SPCA, 4914 S. Hanna St. The shelter is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. For more information, call 744-0454 then choose from the following:
