Junior forward Michael Kibiloski scored a career-high 26 points to lead IPFW to a 96-78 Summit League victory over Nebraska Omaha on Saturday at Memorial Coliseum.
Kibiloski, who was 8 of 11 from the floor, including 5 of 7 from three-point range, added 11 rebounds. His previous career high points total was 13 against Xavier last season.
It was the first Summit League win of the season for IPFW (8-9, 1-2). Nebraska Omaha is 4-14 overall and 1-5 in the conference.
Senior guard Frank Gaines also had 26 points, Luis Jacobo had 16, and Mario Hines had a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
IPFW returns to the road for its next two games, playing at North Dakota State on Jan. 10 and at South Dakota State on Jan. 12.
