Are you happy?

The NHL lockout appears to be over -- click here -- and I'd like to know if you are happy.

I'm so soured on the whole thing, frankly, that I feel no excitement about it. And I'm a season-ticket holder. How many times can a sport poop on its fan base?

Anyway, as for the Komets, we will have to see affects them. I may be in the minority, but I don't see this impacting them as much as most teams in the ECHL. They will likely lose Luca Caputi, Corey Elkins, Nick Schaus and Marco Cousineau, but is their lineup really that much different if that happens?

I don't have any time frame for when things will start changing, but I would guess Monday. I will know more tonight at the Komets' game against Orlando.
