Brian Kelly added another coach of the year award to his collection Wednesday.
The third-year Notre Dame coach was named the FBC coach of the year by the American Football Coaches Association. He had already been named the coach of the year by the Associated Press, Home Depot, FWAA/Eddie Robinson and the Walter Camp Football Foundation.
Kelly led Notre Dame to a 12-1 record and an appearance in the BCS National Championship game, where the Irish lost to Alabama 42-14.
