Glenbrook Commons is sold

Statement as issued Monday by Zamias Services Inc.:

Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey (January 11, 2013)

Bon Aviv Investment LLC with Zamias Services Inc announces the purchase of the Glenbrook Commons Shopping Center from CB Glenbrook, LLC. The 254,000 square foot shopping center is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana adjacent to the Glenbrook Square Mall, the second largest mall in the State of Indiana which attracts over 15 million visitors per year.

Tenants at the Shopping Center include Toys "R" Us, Hancock Fabrics, Verizon Wireless, The Avenue, U.S. Armed Forces Career Center, Niagara Therapy of Fort Wayne, Ross Learning Center, Pella Windows, and opening soon Good Will Enterprises.

"We are pleased to announce that Dunham's Sporting Goods will also be added to The Glenbrook Commons Shopping Center later in 2013. Dunham's is a full service sporting good Super Store that will occupy 66,000 square feet and be a perfect complement to the SPORTONE/PARKVIEW Fieldhouse that opened earlier this month across the street," said Amit Barnoon, CEO of Bon Aviv Investments. "Fort Wayne is a strong retail market and we look forward to bringing new retailers to the property over the coming months," said Mr. Barnoon.

Bon Aviv and Zamias purchased over 1,000,000 square feet of retail property in the United States in 2012 and looks to aggressively pursue value–add retail centers in 2013.
