The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for parts of northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio from 10 p.m. Saturday until 7 a.m. Sunday. A strong cold front with arctic air and wind gusts of up to 45 mph will move into the region Saturday night. The winds are expected to dissipate Sunday morning.
