Brian Fleming represented the landlord, BFR Holding LLC, and the tenant, Bosch Automotive, in the 48,000-square-foot lease renewal at 1712 Progress Drive, Albion.

Fleming represented the tenant, Northeast Chiropractic Center Inc., in the 1,700-square-foot lease at 6633 E. State Blvd. from landlord, 6633 East State LLC.

David Dumas represented the tenant, New American Conservatory Inc., in the 7,068-square-foot lease at 921 Northcrest Business Center from landlord, Walart Management Co., which was represented by Phil Knapke and Karl Behrens.

David Stemen represented the landlord, Quilhot Properties LLC, in the 1,200-square-foot lease renewal at 4630 W. Jefferson Blvd. to tenant Michelle Miller.

Breck Geeting represented both the Landlord, Seely Property Management, as well as the tenant, MD Health Systems, in their leasing of 2,515 square feet at 5614 Industrial Road.

David Nugent represented the landlord, Toenges Realty, in the 3,200-square-foot lease renewal to tenant, Sylvan Learning Center, at 6227 Covington Road.
