Air National Guard Airman Frank J. Kozielski graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

Kozielski completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Kozielski is the brother of Mary Flynn of Dyer and the brother-in-law of Denise Lehman of Fort Wayne. He is a 1991 graduate of Merrillville High School, and earned an associate degree in 1995 from ITT Technical Institute, Fort Wayne.
