Kosciusko deputies promoted

Statement as issued Friday:

Kosciusko County Sheriff Rocky Goshert has announced the promotion of several deputies within the department that has occurred within the last several months.

The following are those officers and their respective rank:

•Todd Sautter promoted to Detective Lieutenant

•Matt Rapp promoted to Detective Lieutenant

•Chad Hill promoted to First Sergeant

•Jon Tyler promoted to Sergeant

•J.D. Ayres promoted to Detective Sergeant

•Josh Spangle promoted to Sergeant

Sheriff Goshert stated that the retirement of various officers has allowed for the movements within the sheriff’s department. He also stated that promotions are structured to help in the future leadership and professionalism of the department.
