Puppy Bowl IX, 3 p.m. through the night on Animal Planet – The ninth installment of the annual tradition has puppies playing football. Repeats every two hours through the night.
Star Trek: The Next Generation, 4 p.m. to midnight on BBC America – Capt. Picard and the crew of the Enterprise are visited by the Borg, Romulans and even the original series Montgomery Scott in the marathon.
