Wind chill advisory issued

Wind chill readings are expected to drop to between 15 below and 20 below zero this morning in northern Indiana and northwest Ohio.

The National Weather Service in northern Indiana issued the advisory, in effect until 1 p.m. this afternoon.

It said that prolonged exposure might lead to frostbite on exposed skin. If you must go outdoors, wear a hat and gloves.
