State and local police were very busy throughout Saturday attending to numerous accidents and slide-offs on the slick and snow-covered interstate highway.

State Road 8, east of Auburn, was closed at approximately 10:15 a.m. due to a rollover crash, according to Indiana State Police.

The closing affects a section of the highway between County Roads 41 and 43 in DeKalb County.
