Indiana returned to No. 1 in the Associated Press Top 25 on Monday.
The Hoosiers (20-2, 8-1 Big Ten) were the top-ranked team for the first five weeks of the season, and they are the fifth straight new No. 1 team in the weekly poll.
Duke, Louisville, Duke and Michigan were each ranked No. 1 in the previous four AP polls.
Indiana is also No. 1 in the USA Today coaches poll. The Hoosiers received 25 of the 31 first-place votes.
Other Big Ten teams in the AP poll are: No. 3 Michigan, No. 10 Ohio State, No. 12 Michigan State and No. 18 Minnesota. Other Big Ten teams in the coaches poll are: No. 3 Michigan, No. 8 Michigan State, No. 10 Ohio State and No. 18 Minnesota.
